In the unfortunate and very sad case (*sigh*) that you need to return a product please send us an email to email@example.com and we will be happy to give you instructions on how to proceed further.
The returns must nevertheless meet the following criteria (yeah, life sucks...):
1) You have the right to return your item without any reason within 14 days from the date on which you (or a third party indicated by you, e.g. if you’re buying a gift for someone) receive the goods purchased (date established by delivery company upon reception of goods)
2) The product must be in perfect, unused and absolutely impeccable condition
3) Once you send us the email asking for the return, we will send you the final OK and the address where you need to send the parcel
4) You will then have to return the item to us (costs are to be taken in charge by you for delivery to our UK warehouse address)
5) Once we receive and inspect the goods, we will refund you on the same credit/debit card used for the payment of the goods
6) Shipping costs are NOT refundable
7) We recommend to use recorded delivery as we are NOT responsible for lost/damaged packages
8) We are NOT able to assure exchanges due to our Limited Edition nature. This is why only refunds are possible.
THE CONDITION OF THE PRODUCT
We ask you to send us only unused and perfect items. In this way, we can also assure to send you likewise perfect products. It's a win-win situation :) We ask you then to check your item as soon as you receive it and, in the case you don't want to keep it, let us know straight away without using it. We reserve the right of considering items "not acceptable for returns". In the case that you realise you don't want your item anymore, we advise you to consider the option of reselling it (The Other M items have a great resale value due to their Limited Edition nature) or make the perfect gift to a friend when you forget his/her BD...ooops!
